Hi friends! My kids absolutely love this recipe, and I don’t feel bad about giving it to them as it’s much better than what they hypothetically could be asking for (Oreos anyone?).
It’s also a sort of mishmash recipe as you can add in anything from your pantry. We usually make them a bit healthier but were running low on groceries. Feel free to sub in anything that you think would be better for your family, as it will still be yummy!
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 cup of oats (I used instant oatmeal as I was out of oats)
- 2/3 cup of toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup assorted yummies (I used toffee bits)
- I also added a tablespoon of vanilla
