We have been enjoying yoghurt parfaits recently, but instead of granola have just added trail mix. I thought I’d try out a simple granola recipe today to mix things up. Turns out it was super easy and delicious–score! Big thanks to this blog for the amazing recipe.
Melt coconut oil and honey.
Add oats and almonds.
Spread a thin layer on baking sheet (lined with parchment paper).
Bake at 300F for 12 minutes or longer if you like it crunchier like me.
Serve on yoghurt with fruit and enjoy!
