Banana smoothie

I’ve taken to starting my day with a banana smoothie. So tasty and keeps you full until lunch.


2 bananas
Two large spoons natural yogurt
200ml milk
4 tbsp rolled oats
1tbsp natural honey
1/2 cup ice

Simply peel your bananas and throw them into the blender with everything else.


Voila ! So scrummy and easy. (PS: I clean out my blender by putting water and washing up liquid into the jug and then putting on the lid and running it for a minute)
