Baked Pierogie Casserole


This dish was sooooooo yummy. Preggo heaven.

What you’ll need:
•pierogies of your choice
•green onions
•green beans
•shredded tex mex cheese.
•shredded or chopped onion
•butter
•real bacon chunks

In a large pot, boil pierogies until they are floating and done.
Meanwhile, in a pan, sauté some green beans and chopped onions in butter. Make sure green beans are still crispy.
When pierogies are done, transfer to a casserole dish. Pour green beans and butter on top of the pierogies and toss until the pierogies are covered in butter.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over top and then sprinkle bacon and chopped green onions on top. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes.
It may not be the healthiest dinner ever but we all ate in silence because we were too busy stuffing our faces to communicate!
