Here’s a simple, yummy crockpot casserole that’s also gluten-free!
What you can start off with:
-cooked brown/white rice
-cooked pieces of chicken
-2 cans of a creamy soup (I like cream of broccoli or cream of chicken)
-vegetables (corn, carrots and broccoli are particularly nice)
-lots of cheese (cream cheese and/or cheddar cheese grated)
-salt and pepper
Possible extras: sour cream, seasonings, ranch dressing, cooked wild rice, onions, peas, etc.
