Healthy Pizza Pockets


You’ll need:

-mini whole wheat pitas

-tomato sauce (no salt added)

-pre-cooked pepperoni slices

-cheese (I used cheddar)

-extra toppings: green pepper, onion (you could use mushrooms, pineapple, tomato, ham, bacon, chicken, broccoli…hey, the world is your oyster!)

cut mini pitas with a knife carefully and spoon tomato sauce into the middle

grate cheese and add

jam some pepperoni in there!

add extra toppings

place on tin-foiled cover tray and bake at 350F until cheese melts (5-10 mins)
