I am savoring all fresh fruits and veggies while they are still season fresh!
This is one of my new favorites.
You will need:
Chop tomatoes, peel and chop cucumbers, chop garlic and parsley ( as big or little as desired.) I personally like quite a bit.
Toss together and walla! Fresh, healthy salad in minutes.
For added healthiness I didn’t add any dressing but you absolutely can!
