BBQ Ranch Shredded Chicken


I love using my Crock Pot whenever possible because it allows me to go on about my day and make a gourmet meal at the same time. Shredded chicken is also something I like to always have on hand because it is so versatile and can be frozen for up to 9 months. Ill bust some out for wraps, pasts, salads….the list goes on and on!

This particular recipe was nice because it added a bit of extra flavor to the wraps I was making that evening.

What you’ll need:

  • 3 frozen or fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 package of cream cheese
  • a few dashes of hot sauce
  • Italian seasoning
  • a few squirts of ranch dressing.

Throw all the ingredients in your crock pot at once and cook on low for 6 hours or so. Chicken is ready when it falls apart with a fork. Throughout the day you’ll notice the ingredients melting and mixing and I just stirred it to help it along a bit.
