Frozen Eggs

This is something that most people have seen on Pinterest but I figured I would post it here for the few people that haven’t!

This is a great idea for easy lunches and breakfasts. Simply crack an egg into each section of a well greased muffin pan and bake at 350* for about 8 minutes. When they have all cooled, put the egg rounds into a baggie and throw it in the freezer. Any time you need an egg for a sandwich or to mash up for a toddler breakfast, microwave it for 30-60 seconds!
