3 Ingredient Italian Ice


This recipe is so incredibly easy. It takes like 2 seconds to make (although freezing is a while longer).

What you’ll need:

  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • food colouring (optional)

Boil the sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved. Take off heat. Stir in the lemon juice. Let cool for a while then put into a large shallow pan to freeze (this will help it freeze faster. I put mine in a tupperware so it froze overnight). Stir every few hours. When it is frozen, enjoy!
