Natural Homemade Face Masks


Face masks are a very popular beauty product, however they can be both expensive and full of chemicals. Did you know you can make your own naturally with ingredients you already have in the house?!
Here are a few basic combinations for face masks:
Apple+honey+oatmeal
Apricots+milk
Avocado+honey
Banana+yogurt+honey

All of these combinations are super simple to make.
1. Mash ingredients together
2. Lather on face for 10-15 minutes
3. Rinse off

I tried the banana, yogurt and honey combination. It felt a little strange going on due to the cold yogurt, but my face feels wonderful now. My skin is feeling super soft.

    1. Apricot has many natural benefits to skin! It is a natural moisturizer that can help prevent future dry skin. Fruit in general are full of vitamins and anti-oxidants that have a wide variety of benefits 🙂
