Gluten Free Pizza Crust Review

Hey all, Leah here. I am so, so excited to share with you my new FAVOURITE Gluten-Free products. Being raised in a predominantly Italian household (my father is Native and my mother is Italian, but we embraced the Italian cuisine with open arms) there were many wonderful home-made pastas and breads that I had the pleasure of eating. Unfortunately, I always had horrible stomach aches an hour after I ate these wonderful foods. A few years ago, it began to become quite apparent that I had some sort of allergy/sensitivity to wheat products. It was actually someone I knew who made the comment that I should try cutting out all gluten products from my diet and see what happens. Making this move was the best and worst thing to happen to me (slightly over exaggerating here). After two weeks, my stomach pains were completely gone but I was so sad knowing I would never enjoy some of my favourite dishes. I have to admit, I am not always the best in keeping with a gluten-free diet as temptation will come staring me in the face with a beautiful piece of freshly baked bread, or one of Amanda’s cheesecake bowls, or one of Christie’s amazing desserts. It truly has been a struggle and heartache! However, it has brought me into a whole new world of experimenting with different foods that I would have never known about and into the world of Gluten-Free. I have also begun to see being GF as a way to glorify God with being self-discplined with what I can and cannot eat. He designed me from head to toe, and He allowed this to be apart of my life that I should respect.
So this, my friends, is one of THE best pizza dough’s I have EVER tried – gluten and gluten free. Trust me, I’ve tried them all! None beats this brand.
It comes with 4 personal pizzas and you can decorate them with any toppings your little heart desires. It is made out of sweet rice flour which I know can taste a bit sweet for some, but it’s still an A+++++ in my books. It’s bendable, chewy and doesn’t taste gluten-free at all. I served this to my family last weekend, who are not gluten free, and they all seemed to love it!
If you try it, let me know what you think!
Buon Appetito!
All for His glory,
